There are a variety of ways to accomplish this! While I'm in the business of sorting out more dynamic sites, I know the technical and logistical hurdles can be daunting; even a bare-bones static site on like. neocities or something. is better than nothing!

Likewise, recent releases have also seen the addition of, for example, the mailing list feature, allowing visitors to a site to subscribe to mailing list(s) set up by the site owner and subsequently receive communications sent to them via email.
