Whether a #deaf person wears a hearing device, signs, can’t sign, communicates however they want to, it still means that they’re deaf. End of. It’s sad to see even in 2022 that old stigmas and stereotypes come into play. Leave people to live their lives however best suits them!

So the government want to provide Latin lessons (a language no longer largely used) but they won't provide sign language lessons in mainstream schools - yet many people use this to communicate in our society! How does this make any sense?!

It's nearly the end of half term, with many year 11's already having finished. Please check with your schools if they are taking any used uniform. Covid has hit many families hard and donating some outgrown uniform could go a long way for those struggling.
