Said that I think that will need probably a fusion down the line as a toss-up, much harder if the bone stock decreases due to AvN

@orthotraumamd Also,not the best slices of the CT but this frag in lateral cortex can be cresta supinatoris (insertion of lateral complex) As the gnome of elbows says ,”fix everything with a name on it”

After bone anatomical repair can be varus instability due to lateral complex damage,the posterior displacement i my experience gets more ligaments damage
Routinely ligament stability must be checked in these lesions as can be a source of PITa
