Hey @bookingcom - if you put up a listing that contains misleading and false information, you can't just wash your hands of it. You have legal obligations too. I will be following up all legal routes to get my money back from you. And not using you again!

@bookingcom @ITLWorldwide I had a similar issue. You ended up given me £13 credit. Which wasn’t even 10%. The issue was it your site I made the booking from, so you should ensure they are good enough.
