🏆 FOUND A PRODUCT ISSUE?
If you find a reproducible product issue while testing iToken, open a ticket in the iToken Discord.

A useful report should include:
• A clear description of the issue
• The affected product, model or API function
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• The expected result
• The actual result
• Relevant screenshots or non-sensitive error information

Issues that the iToken team can reproduce, confirm as valid and approve will receive at least $20 worth of iToken Credits.

Higher-impact findings may receive larger rewards based on severity, reproducibility and product value.

For duplicate reports of the same issue, the reward belongs to the first user who submits a valid report.

If an issue cannot initially be reproduced, iToken may request a reproduction video or additional technical information.
