@UberEats your customer service is shocking. my food arrived cold, and it took 3 drivers to deliver it. i have asked about 8 times who is responsible and now you guys have said case closed and refuse to respond. i was a regular, ordering every week but not anymore. such a shame.

@JustEatUK been waiting 3 hrs for my food now, was marked as delivered an hour ago, restaurant says it's still out for delivery and your chat teams are saying sorry not our problem. 2nd time this week this has happened. time to move to uber eats I think.

@Tesco I forgot to add that I spoke to the manager and was allowed the sale in the end but it was the till assistant on self checkouts that refused it. I don't want to get anyone in trouble I just want your staff to be informed more.

@Tesco please inform your staff that the age restriction for energy drinks is 16 as being refused sale after being id's is embarrassing. I'll just go to sainsburys next time as I've never had an issue there.
