I ordered 2 anveshan a2 cow ghee 150 ml jars. I received the delivery & the glass jars arrived bare without protective thermocol covering & box. I frequently order this product and always receive aforementioned covering. Also the products are dirty. Please help!

@amazonIN I had placed an order on Amazon Now. It shows I wasn't available to collect the order which is a blatant lie as I have CCTV cameras installed and no delivery person has visited my residence. This is second instance of fake delivery attempt.

@zeptocares Team it's more than 48 hours and I am unsure of what you are looking into. You haven't fulfilled a promise showed while checkout and now are basically trying to elongate resolution period so that customer leaves the issue aside for a petty ₹30 cashback.

This is second instance of not getting promised cashback. If you aren't able to provide cashback why do you put up such a bait?
