Got to love @elemntor (or not).

Had a plugin on an old website that auto renewed via an email I didn’t have access to. They don’t offer refunds for auto renews (even when it was today and I messaged as soon as I saw it)

Customer support told me it’s because it’s in their T&Cs. My feedback was that they must know this kind of thing happens and to have some kind of admin fee associated but still offer some refund.

Shame that common sense (or customer support) doesn’t prevail…
