@BurgerKingZAyou guys really make it difficult for customers to use the app and make it really difficult for your staff. I tried to order the family meal on the app in the restaurant using the wicode. The wicode rang up as a normal family meal

@WOOLWORTHS_SA why don't you honor the prices advertised on your woolies dash app? I ordered a few items which were then "substituted" but it was exactly the same item just more expensive. Really not cool - the shopper should let you know then.

@KFCSA wow I was so let down now. I ordered the 10 dunked wings deal online and 2 zinger burgers. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes at the window, I rushed off having kept the queue waiting in the drive thru - got home and discovered 4 wings. What a let down

What I dont understand was why you couldnt choose an alternative that matches in size at least @Checkers. The items are still packed and selected by humans. Surely some common logic as it's clear I'd selected only 500ml options and cans. Yet now we have bottles and 330mls

I can't change it in the app. Even if my alternative is out of stock - I had an alternative for that ☹☹☹ really really not cool
