@TheCuriousWood1 After these get swapped out, ima replace the bearings in the 6”, buy a pedestal stand, and install a buffing wheel or two, or maybe a buffing wheel and a wire wheel.

Either way, why not? It’s only bearings on an AC motor. Easy peasy.

My 6” bench grinder from 1990 is sounding crunchy when it spins, so I picked up a single-speed 8” grinder with a #120 aluminum oxide wheel so that I can actually get some drill bits sharpened.

DMT - coarse, fine, and extra fine are the 3 I use for 95% of all sharpening. The one outside the set up is rough, but that one is usually stored away

Eventually I would like a specific bench with a sharpening station. Currently it's too high (no pun intended)

@PatReardon11 The last time I blocked over 125 in one day, I was thrown in Twitmo for 24-hours (maybe 48 I can’t remember cuz it meant so little to me).

If I’m throwing a MAGA BLOCK PARTY, I try to keep it in the 60- to 80-blocks max range to play it safe.
