@linmeitalks I got a quote of £400 per month and that didn’t include things like need of an ambulance and some medical procedures so definitely would not be cheaper
@IndolentDad@Scott_Lewis82@PolitlcsUK Because we hire a lot of people due to Brexit, folllowing that those individual have been deployed to keep rather than thing them out. Now treasury tells each department you have x head count or x staff pay packet. Most cases it’s head count and roles required get removed.
@CU4365@Dylan4339015034@Scott_Lewis82@PolitlcsUK I haven’t said that I said I deserve a pay rise for doing jobs two grade above my own for no extra pay and working above my contract hours. Not rocket science is it…
@CU4365@Dylan4339015034@Scott_Lewis82@PolitlcsUK Your a dumb fuck who dropped the most ridiculous lines telling me to delete my threat because none of you have made ever a coherent argument against this. Cry harder bro
@cg90_craig@Scott_Lewis82@PolitlcsUK The productivity drop due to Covid because the state cancelled BAU, they hired people to deal with Brexit & then nothing for them to do after. Majority of the low productivity is healthcare, trade checks, social work. You also forgot productivity is growing year on year though
@cg90_craig@Scott_Lewis82@PolitlcsUK No in the public sector you get performance managed and performance managed out. That’s how it works if you are useless. Again you know very little about the thing you are bitching about. If we were as useless as everyone makes us out to be the country would simply not function
@ChimeraBoris@Scott_Lewis82@PolitlcsUK Poorly planned because politicians keep coming in and changing their minds. Look at HS2 poorly planned by politicians, then every new politician has come in done a review taking 6-12 months before changing HS2 which then needs to be recosted and rebaselined.
@ChimeraBoris@Scott_Lewis82@PolitlcsUK This is funny because I worked in NISTA where 1) the politicians didn’t commission infrastructure hence it’s crumbling 2) the cost of everything has gone up in which now the cost of infrastructure is ridiculous 3) somehow civil servants are being blamed for politicians
@ChimeraBoris@Scott_Lewis82@PolitlcsUK What’s your evidence? I’ve worked across many teams & I’ve also worked in the centre overseeing GMPPs and many have been delivered to time, cost and quality even with rising prices. Many times the civil service delivers but people think HMRC wait times is CS performance indicator
