Today’s word;👇🏻
Scripture; Psalms 28:7 (NKJV)

The LORD is my strength and my shield;
My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, And with my song I will praise Him.

Commentary; David the psalmist was for sure a man of God, the Bible also talks about him as a man after God’s own heart, he sure walked with God through valleys, hills, mountains and more, he saw God work in all seasons and in this particular psalm, he was acknowledging God’s place in his life, he acknowledged God as his strength, shield, helper and the one in whom his trust is, and he concludes that he will always praise Him, what a situation to pick lessons from today!

Regardless of what we are going through or what we have been through, God has promised to be with us in every situation of life, and all He wants from us is to trust His Word, believe in Him, and hold fast to His many precious promises. Without faith, it is impossible to please Him, but those who put their trust in Him will never be disappointed, men can lie, disappoint, and abandon, but God can not be any of those things, I encourage you to trust God more, or to start today if you weren’t, trusting God involves being grateful for the things He has previously done, and to also praise Him always.

Pray;
God I thank you for your word today, I am glad I am fresh and encouraged, I thank you for thus far you have brought me, thank you for loving me and fighting my battles, I am grateful for who you are molding me into, God I pray that you give me the Grace to continue trusting you, in all situations and circumstances, help me to remain hopeful in you, may my mouth never run out words to praise you, fill my heart with songs of praise, may I walk in gratitude and encouragement in your promises. IJN. Amen.🙏
