We had a puncture and no spare at 12.15am. Reported through the website and got an estimate of 2-4am. Checked again an hour later, and that had moved to 4.30-6.30am. Rang them up and was told I would need recovery, which won't be until 9am. Got a cab home, rang them in the morning, was told 10.30, so got a cab back to my car. They didn't show up until 1.30pm!!
