Alertamos que alrededor de 200 militares siguen injustamente detenidos en Venezuela y que a varios les han negado el sobreseimiento de sus causas, entre ellos el capitán Caguaripano y al general Héctor Hernández Da Costa.

Muchos de estos militares se encuentran en El Rodeo I, descrito por el teniente José Ángel Barreno como "un infierno peor que el Helicoide".

Todos los miembros de nuestra Fuerza Armada, injustamente detenidos, deben quedar en libertad plena e incondicional.
