Everything isn’t “suffer head.”

Bank transfer issues are usually much easier to resolve than card issues.

I’ve had a card-related issue drag on for three months. Since then, I default to bank transfers whenever possible and only use cards when I have no other choice.

Title inflation happens a lot at startups.

You see “VP of”, “Head of”, “Director”, even “CMO” at a pre-seed startup but the scope and experience behind those titles don’t always match.

It creates a gap.

For the talent, expectations rise faster than actual growth. You’re suddenly expected to operate at a level you haven’t fully built yet.

For the startup, it creates misalignment. You hire or promote for a title instead of the real need, and things start to break quietly.

Expectations become the problem.

Depending on your stage, you might not need a “Head of Marketing”.

You might just need a strong operator who can execute, test, and learn fast.

Titles should follow reality, not try to force it.

1) Doubling Claude Code’s 5-hour rate limits for Pro, Max, and Team plans;

2) Removing the peak hours limit reduction on Claude Code for Pro and Max plans; and
