@SouthwestAir the service I have received in the last 2 days have been horrific. Having to purchase a flight w/ different airline as SW couldn’t get me to my final destination. Busy signal from CS. I need to be refunded & reimbursed for all additional expenses from cancellations
Hey @AmericanAir I’m truly disgusted with the racist treatment by one of your agents . I booked a flight from. Pensacola going to Boston with a layover in charlotte . Upon boarding in charlotte to Boston on flight 2380 , an agent by the name of Tim,a Caucasian man (cont)
,but that was a lie . He gave 2 seats to 2 white passengers who where scheduled for a later flight who had checked bags on the later flight , which I am aware should not have been allowed to get on a flight when there are checked bags to a different flight . @AmericanAir
