It took me a long time to get here. Deciding between 1 and 3 has been so impossible for me to do because of the impact that both have had on my psyche and digestion of media, but today I am ready to say it.

cotw tier list season, i was gonna wait until kenshiro but might as well now. the game is at a pretty good spot but top 4 should be toned back a bit and bottom 10-12 should be buffed up. i need to see more from krauser before i can move him up more.

Some Joe guard break setups. He's got fairly simple guard breaks as long as you hit all six hits of Rev Hurricane Upper, you can guard break with whatever works best at that point. If you want to do a jump-in punish, make sure to hit low because his heavies are slow. #CotW_Joe

Like Preecha, Joe has a 50/50 setup with Rev Hurricane Upper into Fearless Man high/low. For the setup to be true, Joe has to hit all six hits of both Hurricane Uppers before going into the high/low, making it a little harder to time than Preecha's. #CotW_Joe

This works on both versions of the move including off of Krauser guard cancels on either hit. He has to GC with a different move. #CotW_Joe

It's important to remember against Krauser that Joe's close D beats Gigantic Cyclone due to the first hit of Cyclone being counted as a throw and close D beating throws. It's a big part of the MU (if it doesn't get patched) and invalidates Krauser's main reversal. #CotW_Joe

@PhanpyBogard joe's is a frame faster for armor at least but robert gets so many benefits overall it's a little nutty
