Avocatul Mihai Rapcea, o voce incomodă și unul dintre puținii avocați care și-au asumat constant apărarea unor cauze controversate și a libertății de exprimare, a fost reținut ieri pentru 24 de ore într-un dosar privind mesaje publicate pe rețelele sociale.

Înainte de a fi reținut, s-a trezit la ora 6 dimineața cu 20 de persoane (mascați, polițiști și procurori) care i-au făcut percheziții, pe rând, acasă, la birou și la locuința mamei sale, totul pornind, așa cum spun anchetatorii, de la trei postări distribuite pe rețelele sociale, considerate ca având conținut fascist, legionar și rasist.

Soția lui Mihai, Sabina Hănceanu, a declarat aseară, într-o intervenție la Gabriela Calițescu, că anchetatorii aveau o listă și căutau cărți aparținând unor autori precum Mihai Eminescu, Octavian Goga și Valeriu Gafencu, precum și obiecte religioase, inclusiv iconițe cu figuri religioase, cum ar fi Sfântul Ilie Lăcătușu. Și tricouri verzi. 🙂

În vara trecută, când a trecut prima dată Legea Vexler, vă spuneam că cel mai grav lucru este impactul acestei legi asupra memoriei culturale și istorice a României, faptul că se creează cadrul legal pentru descurajarea sau chiar blocarea circulației unor autori fundamentali ai culturii românești (Mihai Eminescu, Octavian Goga, Radu Gyr, Mircea Eliade, Emil Cioran sau Mircea Vulcănescu).

Și o face nu printr-o interdicție explicită, CI PRIN INSTAURAREA FRICII. Exact cum spune și soția lui Mihai Rapcea în interviu: „SĂ FACĂ O LISTĂ CU CĂRȚILE INTERZISE, SĂ ȘTIM SĂ NU LE MAI ȚINEM ACASĂ.”

Legea introduce definiții vagi și are mai multe probleme de claritate (așa cum semnala și cererea de reexaminare formulată de președintele Nicușor Dan), tocmai pentru a ne determina să tăcem de teamă, să ne autocenzurăm.

Am biblioteca plină de cărți din sau despre perioada interbelică. Cum facem? Le dau foc?

O lege cu un asemenea impact asupra discursului public, care promovează o memorie istorică selectivă, era obligatoriu să fie precedată de o dezbatere publică largă și de avize academice solide.

Dar, într-o Românie complet subjugată intereselor străine, antiromânismul este la putere.

Totuși, cum rămâne cu respectarea libertății de gândire, de exprimare și a dreptului la memorie culturală, garantate de Constituția României?

Până ne vom elibera de sub ocupație, în toate formele ei, nu uitați:

Ah yes, Dr. Joseph Goebbels, PhD in literature, fluent in six languages, cultured, battle-tested in the Weimar press wars. A man whose “crime,” we’re told, was inciting hatred through lies, but what if the real offense was telling too much truth too clearly, in a way that the demoralized German masses could finally understand?

When Goebbels noted that the Jews were Germany’s misfortune (this is Streicher’s slogan, btw, but that’s irrelevant here), it was a summary of observable reality. In Weimar Germany, they were grotesquely overrepresented in the banks, the press, publishing houses, theaters, and art galleries. They seized the levers of culture and pulled hard, flooding the public square with alien visions, each an assault on the soul of Europe.

They played leading roles in the communist uprisings that soaked Munich and Berlin in blood. They orchestrated Red Terror abroad in Hungary, Poland, and most infamously Russia, where they led a regime that starved and shot millions. They featured prominently in the financial scandals that ruined the Weimar middle class.

Magnus Hirschfeld, a subversive degenerate in a doctor’s coat, presided over a laboratory of perversion intent on mutilating Aryan bodies and mocking nature in the name of “progress.”

And despite their stranglehold on the cultural and financial arteries of the nation, they bled less for it.
