• FTL నిబంధనలు నిర్మాణాలపై వర్తిస్తాయి కానీ యాజమాన్య హక్కులపై కాదు.

• శిఖం పట్టా భూమి అంటే వ్యక్తిగత యాజమాన్య హక్కులు కలిగిన భూమి. దానిని "ప్రభుత్వ భూమి"గా చిత్రీకరించడం అజ్ఞానం లేదా ఉద్దేశపూర్వక మోసం.

• మ్యుటేషన్లు, ఖాతా నంబర్లు, సబ్-డివిజన్లు అన్నీ తెలంగాణ రెవెన్యూ చట్టాల ప్రకారమే జరిగాయి. ఒక వ్యక్తికి ఒకే ఖాతా ఉండాలనే చట్టం ఎక్కడా లేదు.

• Registered Sale Deed = Lawful Ownership.

• Mutation = Statutory Revenue Process.

• Multiple Khatas = Legally Recognized Situation.

• FTL Restrictions = Construction Rules, Not Ownership Restrictions.

అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ రికార్డులు, చట్టబద్ధ పత్రాలు ఒక వైపు ఉంటే... కొంతమంది పెయిడ్ ఆర్టిస్టులు తప్పుడు కథనాలు ప్రచారం చేస్తున్నారు. 

పెయిడ్ ఎర్నలిస్టులకు శతఘ్ని సవాల్:

భూ కబ్జా జరిగిందని ఆరోపిస్తున్న వారు ఒక్క ఆధారం అయినా ప్రజల ముందుంచాలి. చట్టబద్ధంగా కొనుగోలు చేసిన, రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ పొందిన భూమిని "కబ్జా"గా చిత్రీకరించడం మా అధినేత వ్యక్తిగత పరువుకు భంగం కలిగే చర్యకు పాల్పడిన వారు, తెర వెనుక మిమ్మల్ని నడిపిస్తున్న చిల్లర నాయకులు ఎవరైనా సరే బయటకు వచ్చి ఇది తప్పు అని నిరూపించగలరా? 

వాస్తవాలను వక్రీకరించి ప్రజలను మభ్యపెట్టే ప్రయత్నాలు ఎంత చేసినా, శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారి నిబద్ధతను, ప్రజల నమ్మకాన్ని, జనసేన ప్రయాణాన్ని దెబ్బతీయలేవు.
