@British_Airways Please can you let me know how I contact the holidays team? Is there a direct number or email? I have tried on your website chat (won't help), I try calling (get hung up on), I've tried on here (again won't help). It is ridiculous there is no way to contact you.

@British_Airways terrible service from British Airways. Cancelled our flights and given us awful new times. I have spoken to 3 different people on their live chat to be told no one can help and that I need to call their customer service number. I have called in excess of 10 times

And every time, @British_Airways hang up on me. I literally cannot get through to anyone. We are travelling in 7 weeks and cannot cancel our booking. How else can I contact British Airways?!
