→ First data hall delivered to @CoreWeave

→ On track to deliver substantially all 133MW of Phase 1 critical IT capacity by end of Q2

→ Phase 2 under construction

→ Approved to support up to 1.6GW of capacity

→ One of the largest data center developments in North America
