Hike in everything like petrol, gas, salary of employees,taxes,etc is happening except fellowship of research scholars since 2014... The condition of research scholars is pathetic in India. We deserve hike. Plz look into this.@PMOIndia @PrakashJavdekar @MHRD @ramnathkovind18
