@bardozVAL Wouldn't most of the latency be incurred from the physical distance that the switch has to move? From my experiences working with switches like these both of the NO and NC circuits are directly related and both switch at the around the exact same time (measured with oscilliscope)
THANK YOU all for 100,000 discord members!
Reaching this number feels surreal, and I can't believe that we've managed to achieve such an incredible feat.
Voltaic started as a small discord community as early as 2019.
In the beginning, it was simply a community (Sparky) for mutual self-improvement that housed an amalgamation of tips & tricks for various FPS games. However, with time, my personal obsession with Aim Improvement and Aim Training helped shape the discord to what it is today. By talking to our early community members, I realised that players wanted to have more incentives/motivation to push themselves, this is where we created the very first Aiming Benchmarks. The very same benchmarks that have evolved over the years, and that we now can proudly present on our web app. In addition to that, we created many resources such as training routines & rank incentives that have improved over the years both in written and video format.
We couldn't be more grateful for all the support that we've received from the entire community as a whole as the years have gone by. Every year, we've made significant steps in growing the Aim Training space, Voltaic, and its community. I'm incredibly proud of what we've managed to achieve so far, and I'm not just talking about Voltaic, but also what we as a collective community have managed to accomplish. From the first Aim Training LAN event to many other Aim (Training) competitions with prize pools. The expression of skill within the community is unmatched. It's been incredibly gratifying to see how determined players have been to achieve their goals. Scores that players thought were impossible are now achieved by many and pushed even farther than anyone could imagine.
However, players haven't just learned to improve their aim effectively. The path players had to take inspired many to improve any of their gaming and life skills. Over the course of years, I've received the gratitude of so many players thanking Voltaic, myself or our players, because it had helped them improve their Aim (or what they learnt had a positive impact on their real life). I can't express how proud that makes me feel. Aim Training has taught players how to approach any skill they want to improve in a better way, goals they imagined were impossible were soon realised. Through sufficient determination, time, and a long-term commitment. It IS possible, and you CAN do it.
We are also thankful for the numerous pro players who put their trust in Voltaic and its growth (and those of our members), which helped us create even higher quality resources. Something that made pro players both represent Voltaic proudly but also contribute actively to our projects. It wasn't long after where we created Amped, specifically to offer mechanical coaching to players who compete at the highest level. Something we were glad to finally offer.
Players' health has also been a priority for us. We wanted our community to have the opportunity to learn from actual health professionals. This is where we partnered with the doctors over at 1HP, who provided our community with Player Performance/Health related AMA's, which we are also very thankful for.
Voltaic now exists for 5 years, 3 of our members have been crowned Aimlabs Skills Challenge Champions, and we've completed over 4000 Rank-Ups.
When I created Voltaic, I never imagined that it would grow to this extent, let alone have millions of players playing scenarios that were created or endorsed by us. We managed to create a wealth of resources, inspire many, and help them become better versions of themselves in a way, in and out of the game. While our main objective is still far away, we want to continue our path to provide the highest quality Aim and FPS resources and highlight talent in the space.
This year has only just started. We have many big things coming, and hopefully, we can continue providing to the community for years to come.

Response statement from the people who worked on @VoltaicHQ's Valorant benchmarks with @SkylrBuke.
@CartoonFPS, @lorysXO , @minigodcs
INTRODUCTION
The Valorant benchmarks project was started 7 months ago & involved @cartoonFPS , @minigodcs , Me & later on @lorysXO + @SkylrBuke as the people who thought of Valorant scenarios, created the instructions/descriptions, tested the different scenario versions & set the benchmark scores. LG56 is the scenario creator.
There are other people also involved, for example, creating the graphics, writing posts & creating the Voltaic Web App from scratch (https://t.co/CdALLro89t).
This project wasn't actually planned to be released separately but was an extension of the VT Amped program, our coaching that was initially exclusive to tier 1/2 pros in Valorant & others games.
We (us, the coaches) didn't actually plan on having any direct compensation for this as we would be receiving the benefits through the Amped program, this can be confirmed from Cartoon, Mini & anyone else in the Amped program. Valorant benchmarks was only later decided to be released together with different reskin of the Voltaic Web App.
300 HOURS OF WORK
There is no way possible that you've worked 300 hours on this project. @cartoonFPS , @lorysXO , @minigodcs have spent ~30 hours on this individually and it involves brainstorming, thinking of new scenario ideas, recreating scenarios that aren't made on Aim Lab, testing the different scenario versions @lowgravity56 has made and creating the descriptions/benchmarks for each rank.
Where did you spend "~100 hours on brainstorming, 70 hours on rough drafting in Kovaaks"? These numbers are completely made up and none of the other coaches have worked this much on the project, yet they were the ones who created the largest majority of it. You were contributing to the project, but these weren't 300 hours of work or anywhere close to it, your contributions are shown in the project chat, we can delve deeper into this if needed.
Everyone else was sitting in a call and had the initial benchmark scenario ideas done within 4-5 hours of work. Testing took a bit longer, but it was only the individual benchmark drafts.
You spent more hours creating the documentation for the work you've done and this tweet than the work you did on the benchmarks.
PAYMENT
Why didn't you mention that you want to be paid for this initially, there was 0 talk about it and you hadn't expressed anything about this project & getting paid for it. None of the other coaches were expecting to get paid for this specific project due to reasoning I explained in the introduction.
In the end, everyone was paid appropriately for the hours they've worked & every single one of the coaches is completely fine with the payment received for this & the previous projects they've been paid for. All of us can attest to this and no one is making anyone work 300 hours on a project and paying them <2$ per hour.
SINI & VT
@sinizap & @VoltaicHQ have been nothing but great to all of us in terms of compensation, work ethic, our individual issues. VT funds our costs for any personal things we release, for example graphics, editing or any small costs. They give us opportunities to work with brands, get some free merch here and there from testing mice and etc. Work ethic wise, Sini lets us have as much time as needed on projects, giving us ample time to take account for our own free time and life activities. @HotRodRe_ & @sinizap have personally helped me through a major personal struggle I was going through when I was initially signed with VT & have done this for other people as well.
We're not a fan of how @SkylrBuke is misrepresenting VT, capitalizing off a project, that was NOT properly logistically agreed on, no payment or anything from you since the start, and twisting the narrative into your favor to only villainized the rest of the staff. If you properly wanted to do things right from the start, things you seem to be completely aware of, you could have asked for payment or a contract since day one. You only vocalized all this AFTER the project was done, which in our opinion, shows nothing but unprofessionalism and 0 respect for the staff and Sini himself.
