The Supreme Court has quashed the case related to @ElvishYadav.

Here’s what the Court actually said, step by step 👇

1. NDPS Act issue
The alleged substance recovered from the co-accused
is not listed in the Schedule of the NDPS Act.
Hence, provisions of the NDPS Act are not applicable.

2. Direct involvement
There was no recovery from him,
and no clear, direct link established.
The case was based on indirect allegations.

3. Wildlife Protection Act (Section 55)
Action under this section requires a complaint
by an authorised officer through proper procedure.
This requirement was not followed.

4. Validity of FIR
Due to these legal defects,
the FIR was not sustainable in the eyes of law.

--> Therefore, the Supreme Court quashed the proceedings.

---> The Court also clarified that it did not examine
the detailed facts or truth of the allegations,
and allowed competent authorities to proceed again
if done through proper legal procedure.

Conclusion:
The case was dismissed on legal grounds,
not on a full examination of allegations.
