The factual error in its documentary was in its reporting about South Korea’s public broadcaster, KBS, and that is what they apologized for.

A judge found Yoon guilty of rebellion for illegally mobilizing the military to seize control of the legislature, arrest politicians, and establish unchecked power. There were only online rumors about him allegedly being one of the VIPs or whatever, but that doesn’t make Seungri or the other idols any less guilty of the shit they actually did.

Only portions became public through investigative journalism and court reporting.

Do your research. The military court, High Court for Armed Forces, and Supreme Court of Korea found Seungri guilty on all nine charges. If you really want to know what he did, a simple Google search brings up countless reports from credible sources documenting the investigations, indictments, trials, and convictions.
