Later this evening, I joined Candidate Samuel Muchina in Kadeto Karau Ward, Olkalou Constituency, for a robust engagement with the residents. We deliberated on the salient issues confronting the community and underscored the necessity for voters to prioritize development, accountability, and effective service delivery as we approach the forthcoming election.
With Election Day scheduled for 16th July 2026, I implored the electorate of Kadeto Karau to turn out in substantial numbers and vote Hon. Muchina.
He is a leader of action and conviction, whose intimate understanding of Olkalou’s aspirations qualifies him to steward the constituency toward transformative progress.
The message was unequivocal
future demands leadership that delivers.

This afternoon, I welcomed the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning Hon. John Mbadi to the @NAssemblyKE ahead of his pronouncement of the budget highlights detailing revenue raising measures for the Ksh.4.82 Trillion 2026/2027 financial year budget.
Today, I had the privilege of joining hundreds of residents of Mirangine who turned up for a free medical camp organized by Samuel Muchina Nyaga UDA Candidate for Olkalou Constituency.
Access to quality healthcare remains one of the most fundamental pillars of a dignified society. It was therefore encouraging to witness men, women, youth, and senior citizens receiving essential medical services, health screenings, consultations, and professional medical advice without the burden of cost.
The remarkable turnout was not only a reflection of the healthcare needs within our communities, but also a powerful demonstration of what can be achieved when leadership places the welfare of the people at the center of its agenda.
Initiatives such as these go beyond politics; they embody compassion, service, and a genuine commitment to improving lives.
I commend Samuel Muchina Nyaga and the entire team behind this noble undertaking for investing in the health and well-being of the people of Mirangine. A healthy population is the foundation upon which prosperous communities and a stronger nation are built.
Together, we must continue championing practical solutions that uplift our people and ensure that no one is left behind in our journey towards a healthier and more prosperous Kenya.

No new taxes have been introduced in the Finance Bill 2026 neither has there been any increase in tax rates. Do not listen to those who studied economics on TikTok or those who studied witchcraft in reality.
BUDGET DAY: Joined colleagues in parliament to witness and listen in as Treasury CS Hon. John Mbadi present 2026/27 budget highlights.
We in the minority will continue to support and buttress the radical transformation of our country under the broad-based government, now and in the future. #Budget2026

KAMUKUNJI, NAIROBI CITY COUNTY, KENYA
THURSDAY, JUNE 11, 2026
The Nairobi Rivers Regeneration Project is on course.
The removal of settlements and other unplanned developments that had constrained the riparian corridor in the lower parts of the city is more or less complete, while the exercise is now targeting upstream settlements and structures in the west of the city.
Glad to witness progress of the project and some of the ongoing regeneration projects, impressed by the Kamukunji Recreation Park, complete with a football pitch, basket ball court and a community hall.
Also inspected works at the Gikomba Linear Market coming up next to the riparian corridor on which traders who were previously operating from will be relocated to once the market construction is complete.
Someone inform the son of Mau Mau to rush to Dedan Kimathi University to see what he couldn't see when he was stealing relief food while he was a DO in Molo.
At Nokia's Global Executive Experience Center in Espoo, we held strategic discussions with Nokia's leadership on the future of Kenya's digital infrastructure under the leadership of H.E. President @WilliamsRuto .
Nokia has been a partner to Kenya for over 20 years, and that long-term commitment matters. As their leadership noted, the defining factor in the AI era will not only be technology it will be trust and stability. Kenya brings both.
The world is entering an "AI supercycle": data traffic is set to double over the next eight years, with much of that growth driven by artificial intelligence. Countries that fail to build the right AI-ready infrastructure data centres, fibre, and AI-native networks risk being left behind. Kenya intends to be among those who lead.
Our investments in data centres and connectivity are already positioning Kenya as a regional and continental hub for digital innovation. Partnerships like this one move us from ambition to delivery.
Kenya is open for business, investment and partnership.
