During every recruitment, they collect millions from medics who spent years studying, doing internship, obtaining licenses and gaining experience. The saddest part is that even medical students now know county jobs are bought. How unfortunate that the very professionals trusted by communities are being trapped in such corruption. Stop buying jobs.

I am attending a funeral of a GenZ in Kiabonyoru Ward. A graduate Technical Engineer of high qualifications who could not get a job. He started riding bodaboda to earn a living where he was involved in a tragic accident. He leaves behind a young mother and a 40 day old child.
