Sometimes, a bag of groceries can bring more than food — it can bring relief, hope and a feeling that someone cares.

Inspired by the teachings of Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, Dera Sacha Sauda's Shah Satnam Ji Green ‘S’ Welfare Committee volunteers distributed ration to families in need.

Each package carried not just essential food items, but kindness, compassion and the warmth of humanity.

A little help at the right time can make a big difference in someone's life.

🐄 A little kindness can fill an empty stomach and bring comfort to a voiceless soul.

They cannot ask for food, express their hunger, or thank us in words. But their innocent eyes speak a language that every compassionate heart understands.

Spreading love beyond humanity, Volunteers from Block Gharaunda, Haryana, and Block Abohar, Punjab, extended their care to these voiceless beings by arranging and serving green fodder to cows.

Inspired by the humanitarian teachings of Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, these dedicated volunteers remind us that true compassion knows no boundaries. Every living being deserves love, nourishment, and care.

Because feeding a hungry animal isn't just an act of kindness; it's a beautiful expression of humanity.

Every girl deserves a classroom, not a wedding.
Every girl deserves choices, not pressure.
Every girl deserves a future shaped by her own voice.

Imagine missing the smile of someone you love, the colours of a sunrise or the words of your favourite book. Our eyes connect us to countless moments we often take for granted. But not everyone has access to the eye care they need. This World Sight Day, let's change that through awareness, compassion and action.
Your eyes have a story. So do everyone else's. Let's protect them all. 👁️
