This is very simple. I was all set to answer, "what type of beat, what instrument...what the artist wants to sing " I sha raised up my hand oh. Luckily, they called someone else. When the answer came, I was like the floor should just swallow me.Economics was never my strong suit.

Lol secondary school.. I still cringe thinking about that one quiz competition 😂. We were representing our department, and I was feeling like a superstar. The quiz master asks, "What are the problems of a producer?" And I'm thinking

Before everyone started calling me PATA, my very first nickname in secondary school was “Iro” (Wrapper). 😫 One random day in SS1, our Yoruba teacher walked into the class, wrote “IRO” boldly on the board and asked, “Kini Iro?” Silence. Absolute silence. Now, mind you, my school was a proper “model school”… a mix of NEPO kids, middle class kids, and some of us that were just out there begging God for grace 😅. I was genuinely confused. How does nobody know what wrapper means? 💭 So I confidently raised my hand. My teacher’s face lit up. “Okare omo, oya, kini Iro?” 😁 And with full chest, I said: “Iro ni nkan ti awon mama wa ma n ro, especially ti won ma fi n gbe omo pon.” Translation: Iro is what our mums wrap around themselves, especially when they want to carry a baby on their back. Immediately, her smile disappeared. 😮 Next thing: “Come outside!” Before I could process it …slap. 🥲 Then a lecture about how my parents didn’t train me well and how I wasn’t taking her class seriously. 😐 Only for her to now shout, “So none of you know what IRO KONSONANTI means?!” That was the moment I got properly annoyed. Because ma, why didn’t you add konsonanti from the beginning?? 😭 And just like that, my classmates crowned me IRO for the rest of the term. Secondary school will humble you, honestly. 😅
