9 days without my luggage & @KLM is still sending me automated responses via social handles suggesting where I can submit claim for my baggage that they misplaced... yes everyone I did this 9 days ago. KLM customer service is a joke at this point, I just want my bag back.

I got back from Ireland a week ago. Booked my flight through @Delta & @KLM. It’s the last time I’ll fly international with either. 7 days and I have yet to see my bag. Delta has been saying the bag is in one country while KLM is saying otherwise. How is there so much disconnect?
