Mere dost ne civil engineering ki hai aur uska JE exam bhi 31st Aug ko hone wala th but due to flood and natural disaster. It has been postponed.

I read somewhere that after the age of 25yr, People's mind are degrading. But I couldn't qualify a single exam before 25. 1st exam cleared after 25.
