If your business isn't making $100,000 a month.
Follow these 2 steps.
1) Grab a kitchen timer & turn it to 4 hours.
2) Advertise until the timer is up.
You can do warm outbound, cold outbound, content, or paid ads. Don’t do all of them. Just pick 1 until you get to $100k a month. I would start with outbound or content because they’re the cheapest to get started (aka free).
When the 4-hour timer is up, and the day is done - do it again tomorrow.
@Breemer I was working full time at Amazon deliving packages for 2 years, I had the same Vito Van and I played Audible Everyday while driving, and grinded later at the gym and on my Laptop at night.
I got fired this February, I didn’t look for a new Job, instead I went all in on Ecom
Ecom has changed massively over the years
I remember when I started in 2020
All we had to do was take a video of a product on Aliexpress and we could scale to the moon
You'll hear a lot of people say the good ole days are over
But I think it's the exact opposite
The amount of money going through Ecom is insane right now
And our methods haven't changed much
In fact it's gotten more simple
We scale brands to $100k/d using our Facebook ad frameworks
Testing less
It's not because we're geniuses
But It's because we're good at the simple things that matter
Here are a few takeaways
1. Marketing Fundamentals > ADHD Strategies
Most brands pray and hope that the algorithm likes their creatives
We scale up not because our creatives are crazy
But it's because we get really good at the basics
No crazy hooks with things flying everywhere
Simple laser-focused messaging
2. Customer Research
The brands that understand their customer the most win
We spend most of our time doing customer research
We know who our customers are, what they want, and why they want it
We run our creatives around those ideas and it's like throwing meat to a pack of hungry wolves
You have to understand your customers better than they understand themselves
Research isn't a one-time thing.
You will need to keep doing it to unlock new levels of understanding
And this is how you get new levels of scale
3. Clear messaging & Persona
We treat our creatives like a trailer to a movie
As long as we can grab their attention and keep them engaged, we can show them the offer at the end
You don't need to be super aggressive with your creatives
I see a lot of people run random clickbait hooks
But end up with no sales
At the end of the day we are here to make money
Not just for clicks
You need to have a laser-focused idea of who your customers are
And call them out in the hook
"As a busy parent"
"How did you get those curls"
If you're wondering why you can't scale
You just don't understand your customers well enough
Tis the way of the chad scaler

You DON’T need one winning product to make bank with dropshipping on Facebook.
In fact, I don’t have a single ”winner”, yet made most people’s lifetime salary this MONTH.
I said I would drop sauce on here and I’ll hold myself to that.
