A month ago I was sitting in training trying to understand what was going on.
Today I've completed Training, completed Nesting, spent my first week on the Production Floor, and I'm already moving to a new team.
Crazy how fast things move when you're busy doing the work.
Night shifts. Mistakes. Questions. Pressure. Growth.
A month ago most of the people in this picture were strangers.
Now they're part of the story.
Phase 5.

Personal opinion:
Compounding is more important than money.
I've worked as a bouncer, gym coach, delivery guy, pick & pack worker, and a few other jobs along the way.
I don't regret any of them.
They taught me discipline and helped me earn.
But looking back, most of them didn't compound.
The day I stopped, the value stopped.
That's why I think waiting for the perfect opportunity is a mistake.
If you can't enter through the main door, find the easiest entry point into the industry, career, or business you want.
Start somewhere.
Small progress that compounds beats standing still waiting for perfection.
Phase 2 - Training
Stepping into the corporate environment has been a different experience altogether, especially working night shifts.
It’s not easy.
It affects your routine, your energy, and your work-life balance.
But at the same time, it’s teaching me discipline in a way nothing else has.
One thing that stands out is how everything works like a well-oiled machine.
There’s structure, hierarchy, and systems behind even the simplest actions.
A platform like Airbnb may look simple from the outside - just booking stays -
but behind it is a massive system operating across countries, teams, and processes.
Another thing I didn’t expect was the people.
Working with individuals 5–10 years ahead of me, yet just as humble and eager to learn, has been eye-opening.
After talking to my teammates, I realized something important:
Growth is not random. It compounds.
What you do daily matters.
Everything should connect.
Wasting time is easy - building something meaningful takes intention.
And one more thing - you don’t reach the top alone.
People often say “go fast.”
But real progress comes from moving with the right team.
Communication plays a huge role in that -
from a simple greeting to building strong professional relationships.
Still learning how systems work.
Still understanding how teams operate.

To take a real leap forward, you sometimes step back. I didn’t choose corporate life to settle, I chose it to learn. Working in operations @ Airbnb while balancing college and building real-world skills. Not easy. Not supposed to be.
Phase 1: The beginning.

Project Launch! Thrilled to share the complete professional branding suite I built for the amazing Poornima R, a Patient Counselor here in Bangalore.
We took her unique story (from an MSc in Chemistry to empathetic patient care) and turned it into a powerful, cohesive online brand.
Here's a peek at her new portfolio website 👇
Here’s what the complete ‘Professional Branding Kit’ included:
- A stunning portfolio website
- An ATS-optimized resume
- A full LinkedIn Pro Kit (banner, optimized text & content plan)

Don't build a single pixel until you have client buy-in on the design.
This is my new golden rule. I send clients a document with the mood board, color palette, and fonts before starting to ensure we're aligned.
What's a process tip that has saved you the most time?
@weallcode34 I'd debate it's distributing an idea , you can be the best builder in the world , but if nobody knows about your solution, it's not relevant.
What's the hardest part of distributing an idea for you ?
My next client is an MSC grad and patient counselor. We're building a website that feels less like a resume and more like a gentle conversation.
She wants a platform to share her journey and professional ethic, so my main focus is on setting a tone that is calm, supportive, and easy to consume.
I'm excited to share the design process!
@robert_shaw I'm building a freelance service that helps students & entrepreneurs in India create professional portfolio websites without breaking the bank. So many talented people miss out on opportunities because they don't have a strong online presence."
Today, I'm officially launching my bootstrapped venture: a productized service building portfolio websites for India's next generation of tech talent and creatives.
The goal is to build a profitable, one-person business. I'll be sharing all my metrics (revenue, clients, learnings) in public.
