HDFC Bank, this is unacceptable.
I faced the same issue almost a year ago, when similar charges were placed on my account. After raising a complaint through the RBI CMS portal, the charges were eventually removed.

Spotify seriously needs to stop forcing users toward Premium. I’m already using my own internet to stream songs, yet when I tap to play the exact song I want, the app blocks it and keeps pushing a “2 months for ₹99” Premium offer.
