Col 3:16 says to sing with thankfulness in your heart. It does not comment on music either way.
Eph 5:19 says to make melody with your heart. Meaning put your heart into it. Still doesn’t comment on music one way or the other.

It’s not wrong to not use music but there is just not scripture support for banning it.

I just tried and was immediately dreadfully grieved in my spirit to not continue. Holy Spirit would not let me even get past chapter 1. It is written to sound like the KJV but it was so clearly poison to my spirit I could not continue. And I’ve read the Koran. So that is saying a lot.
