Outside of Melvin’s amazing help at the Boston Logan @SixtRentACar , everything else was terrible. The car, Customer Care, & Roadside Service were HORRIBLE unresponsive, unhelpful, & frustrating. This was my first time using @SixtRentACar & I will never rent with them again.
