These are very serious allegations, but let’s not forget that being charged is not the same as being convicted.

The complainant deserves protection and justice, while Poco Lee also deserves a fair trial. No social media court should decide guilt before the actual court examines the evidence.

Poco Lee Formally Charged In the U.K With Five Alleged S+xual Offences, Including Attempted R+pe And Two Counts Of R+pe

Nigerian dancer and socialite Iweh Odinaka, popularly known as Poco Lee, has been formally charged in the United Kingdom with five alleged s+xual offences.

According to reports, the charges include attempted r@pe, two counts of r@pe and two counts of a+s@ultby pen+tration.

Snaresbrook Crown Court in London confirmed the charges on Wednesday, with the court’s Admin Team Leader, James Baker, confirming the details in an email to The Punch.

The court also disclosed that a reporting restriction has been imposed to protect the anonymity of the complainant under the S+xual Offences Amendment Act 1992.

Poco Lee’s case is scheduled for plea and trial preparation on September 15, 2026, as the legal proceedings continue.

The dancer has previously been the subject of reports concerning the case, with his management and legal representatives calling for restraint while the matter remains before the court.

The charges are allegations, and Poco Lee has not been convicted of any offence.
