@tweethue No extenders. I have multiple networks (i.e a 2G and 5G signal, but everything is on 2G)

Bridge, router and sync box all within a 0.5 meter radius.

No pending updates.

I’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled it onto my phone, and restarted the bridge too. Still no luck.

@tweethue Hi! I’ve had a stable connection with my sync box within the Hue app for months, but suddenly couldn’t connect. Removed box from bridge, factory reset and started afresh, but now I can’t seem to get past this screen during the set up? It endlessly loops. Any help?

@tweethue I’m not sure I follow? I wouldn’t be able to see the HDMI devices in the app because I can’t get past the screen saying ‘identify sync box’. I have an Amazon Firestick plugged in. The passthrough is fine. The LED blinks blue, then white, but doesn’t register in the app.

@tweethue No, nothing has changed. Which is why I’m confused. App, bridge and accessories are all up to date. I’m on the same network connection across mobile and bridge. Not sure what to try next?
