@tfwrail your Barry Island train just left early as I arrived to get it. Could someone explain why you're always late yet leave early when you want? What the fuck is that about.

@tfwrail It was the Barry Island train from Queen Street, advised departure time was 7:20pm. I arrived as 7:19pm approached and it was gone as I arrived. Not happy as we're made to wait each morning, I'd understand if I was late but the train should leave at that time, not early

@tfwrail Does that directly help with the dire need for more carriages on the Barry Island route to Cardiff Central at peak times? What is going to be done until then? We're paying in advance, a lot of money, just to be left stranded or squashed onto two carriages.

@ArrivaTW disgusting service again today guys, well done. How is you're okay with cancelling, delaying and only providing 2 carriages in peak time yet you provide too many carriages for the Cardiff to Barry Island route?? Just saw an empty Barry Island train while we're waiting.
