Only £17, and then on the day we all got sent an email saying when we got there we'd be given a voucher and could have a drink on him - effectively making it a tenner for a 2 hour 15 minute set!

@British_Airways But Linda @British_Airways - this system hasn’t worked. I can see where my laptop is on the Apple FindMy app. I’ve actually bought a ticket and come to the gate where it is and no one from BA or from @HeathrowAirport is prepared to help me

Hi @British_Airways & @HeathrowAirport I can see exactly where my missing laptop is. It’s been in the same place for nearly 36 hours, & isnt being processed to lost & found. Your call centre people can see the process hasnt worked but cant tell me the next steps. Can you help?

@British_Airways I drove to terminal 5’s lost property office this afternoon. I got in touch with you & I spoke with Heathrow. And silver card services. No one is prepared to help. The only solution i have is to buy a single ticket and go and get it from where it is & then leave without flying.

Never ever, ever do business with https://t.co/F7JW94sSrs. They are thieves. My flights in June were cancelled back in March. I’ve phoned 22 times. My issue has been ‘escalated’ 10 times. They still owe me £2500.
