The 28th will enshrine 4 widely supported gun safety freedoms -- while leaving the 2nd Amendment intact:

1) Raising the minimum age to purchase a gun to 21

2) Universal background checks

3) A reasonable waiting period for gun purchases

Emmett Till’s cousin is suing a Mississippi sheriff to make him serve a 1955 arrest warrant for the white woman who sparked his lynching.

Researchers found the unserved warrant last year.

Two white men killed Till, 14, in 1955. No one has served time for the lynching.
