@Johnsmithyujt@TradersLaunch So far I’ve had a great experience. It’s about as close to broker freedom as a prop firm gets. No payout caps, no consistency rules in funded & daily withdrawals over 200$.
@OkoTrading Mind you they have no system rules, no backtesting stats, & no demo execution skills but “bro ima be a millionaire just spot me $220 for this eval” 🤷🏻♀️😂
Every successful trader is most likely doing 1/3 things.
- Trading with trend aka continuation (HL to HH or LH to LL)
- Trading against trend aka pullback (HH to HL or LO to LH)
- Trading top/bottom of a range (High to Mid/Low or Low to Mid/High)
Stop overcomplicating it.
@AmasPFT Taking a higher low to a higher high doesn’t have to be low RR. That is basically what all trend traders do. You could have halved your stop and easily gotten 2R. Some would even put the SL below that pivot and hit closer to 3R.
@tradericch Your benchmark isn’t just time. It’s time + consistency. Once you have executed your system consistently for 30-60 days, you’re ready to continue that with real money. Just make sure when the live money emotions hit, you’re goal remains consistently over time.
Prop traders that get upset when they are moved live are gambling not trading. They only know how to survive in an environment that allows multiple blown accounts per month.
