Shopify went public in 2015. If it were post-COVID, you'd be in the US by now. Shopify is a bubble IMO. Surviving and building in Toronto is extremely difficult. I shut down my platform last week because I couldn’t pay for tokens. By the time anything changes here, American companies are far ahead. The job market is terrible, and quality of life is severely compromised by the Liberals' incompetence. Making ends meet is really hard.
