I booked a ride from BLR Airport (T1) to my residence (₹844, 45.33 km).
The captain abruptly ended the ride at a random location, nowhere near my drop point and demanded full payment.
This is not just poor service. It’s a serious safety concern. (1/7)
@airindia@TATAAIGIndia It’s unacceptable that my refund remains unresolved despite numerous follow-ups. Your silence shows a clear lack of accountability.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter legally.
@airindia@TATAAIGIndia Air India is now asking me to contact Tata AIG for the refund, despite Tata AIG confirming that Air India is responsible for processing it. (1/2)
@airindia@TATAAIGIndia Tata AIG has confirmed the cancellation of my travel insurance policy and informed Air India regarding the same. However, no refund has been received to date from Air India. (1/2)
@TATAAIGIndia@airindia It’s disappointing to receive no response to my refund request for the delayed travel insurance policy. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. Please address this issue immediately to avoid further escalation.
@TATAAIGIndia@airindia After my earlier tweet, Tata AIG has now sent the policy document. However, the trip has already ended, and I had to purchase another policy due to the delay. (1/2)
This endless back-and-forth despite repeated calls/emails is highly frustrating. Please resolve this issue urgently and provide the refund. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I’ll be left with no choice but to approach the consumer court. (2/2)
@airindia@TATAAIGIndia I purchased travel insurance (Tata AIG) while booking my ticket via Air India but never received the policy document or number. Air India redirects me to Tata AIG, and Tata AIG sends me back to Air India. (1/2)
