@nadra_csd @NadraPak Thank you for providing that clarification. I was denied boarding by @qatarairways on 16/08/2026, as the airline indicated that a physical card is a requirement of the Pakistani government, despite my explanation that the digital card holds legal equivalency.

Please can someone explain the purpose of issuing a digital card if it cannot be used to travel to Pakistan? I understand that policies were recently changed, but why do we need a physical card when the Pak ID app generates a digital card? @NadraPak
