Prioritise making the city walkable. People want to walk, but there are no proper footpaths. Either they are not maintained or they have been encroached upon by street vendors or hoardings.

@rickyfm @peterpme You’re right, rerunning the effects will be faster, but in this case `useEffect` will still refetch and rerender the widget. We were discussing how much performance gain we can expect with the current component implementation.
