Geoff Payne is a grieving parent who is not only trying to make sense of his son’s untimely death but now also has to contend with this baseless legal attack. The focus should remain on ensuring accountability for those directly responsible for Liam’s tragic death—not on frivolous lawsuits that further distract from justice and healing.
