Is car financing the new subprime hiding in plain sight... the average car loan in North America is now 84 months for a $50k car.

84 months!! The cars may not be road worthy or economically sound to keep driving over that time frame. It is a worrying sign!

Working with likeminded people is hugely beneficial.

I would insert the science but I don't need to, we all know it.

I can highly recommend finding your gang whether that is finding coders at hackathons, joining a grown up girl gang of female founders like @risefemale

Find your tribe and the ride will be so much more enjoyable!

It is interesting how nervous some brand owners are of chatbots yet when you ask them how accurate are their customer service team when they chat to customers....

They have no idea!

Of course they should assume the best but hiring brilliant customer service people is getting harder

And anyone that has been on the phone for support recently knows that the service you get is hit and miss.

With chatbots you have solid metrics and you can quickly course correct.

@thealexbanks I agree @thealexbanks that AI in customer service is a huge efficiency gain but this reeks to me of a positive spin on potentially over hiring and needing to trim down the team...🤷‍♀️

@AdobeCare I got it cancelled in the end, with a penalty but so be it however my main gripe is that I did't appreciate the lying about systems being down to get out of cancelling my 1 month left with 2 licenses, it was a waste of everyone's time.
