FTHate is running strong in the 13col special event FB group by an admin. Don't like a mode... Fine. Don't use it. But don't take your dislike out on others that are enjoying it. Plenty of room. (Guess the page is unofficial but has 2k members).

#QMX#QDX peeps. I'm having an issue with the QMX and transmitting on digimodes like FT8. I can RX without issue and even TX. However, the tone coming out doesn't like FT8 at all. It sounds like it's TXing just a single tone. Any ideas? #hamr#amateurradio#HamRadio
#QMX build complete. Wasn't getting RX at first. Ended up rewinding T507 (near the BNC jack) and thankfully started receiving signals. Was also able to get out. #hamr#hamradio#amateurradio
Looking forward to #ARRLFD this weekend. I've participated in every FD since 1995. It's what got me hooked into #amateurradio and contesting. I'll be on as N1A from WMA (private FD w/ friends). Last year's setup https://t.co/Ms3wz4czBw which will be similar #hamr#hamradio
@VA3JFF_VE3CW Don't assemble it in the case prior to applying power and adding the firmware. Just assemble the boards. You'll need to adjust the screen/display pot and can only be done so outside the case. This is after you added the firmware that turns on the 5v converter.
Got the #QMX working. Heart almost skipped a beat when powering it on to see the screen wasn't working. Should have read the details about loading the firmware to get it fully working. I haven't put it on the air yet. Just dummy load. #amateurradio#hamr#hamradio
#QMX assy manual is out. Just notice my board has an extra "border" that wasn't trimmed during production. You'll see it on the left side of this photo.

@KC1QWH Best to have a separate QSL card because it was the club call you used. Just note that you were the operator.
I typically use club calls when using other stations because that way I know the contacts I made with my own call are on my own equipment.
