🧵 Enterprise Internet or Enterprise Scam? (1/9)
Using @reliancejio (Jio) Enterprise 1 Gbps Corporate Plan at ₹4001 + GST / month.
Reality:
• Day max ~700 Mbps
• Avg ~200 Mbps
Because “committed speed is only 200 Mbps”.
Then why sell it as 1 Gbps?
(7/9)
Even worse 👇
GST charged by Jio is NOT reflecting in GSTR-2A.
That means:
• No Input Tax Credit
• Direct business loss
• Compliance risk on customer
This is not a “delay”. This is a process failure.

Now the BIGGEST issue 🚨
3rd month started - GST invoice still NOT received. @GST_Council@reliancegroup@reliancejio
Mailed them 1 month ago.
Till date:
❌ No invoice
❌ No resolution
(5/9)
Support experience:
• Self-care portal = useless
• Call support → “Mail [email protected]”
• Mail → generic replies after weeks
• Zero ownership
Enterprise support shouldn’t work like this.
(4/9)
Static IP reality (serious issue):
If connection drops while server is live:
• Restart router ❌
• Or buy ₹1–2 lakh firewall ❌
Without that, static IP is unreliable.
How is this acceptable for production infra?
(3/9)
Sales & onboarding mess 🚨
My corporate connection was linked to wrong personal details.
Correction took 1 month - and only billing details were fixed.
Because paisa lena priority hai, baaki sab secondary.
(2/9)
@reliancejio’s stance is simple:
Speed aayi toh theek
Nahi aayi toh bhi theek
So I’m paying for marketing numbers, not real performance.
Is this what “Enterprise Grade” means?
@district_india It seemed like the backend was deliberately delayed or manipulated, API responses and the overall flow were extremely poor. Hardly any tickets were booked in the first 10 minutes. Even IRCTC performs better under load.
Sahi khel gya …. 😂
No network on my Vi postpaid SIM. @ViCustomerCare
Even BSNL outperforms you now.
Time to port to @reliancejio or @airtelindia — at least they still care.
49% owned by the govt, 51% by private hands… and still no one’s held accountable?
